About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Hospice RNs to provide patient-centered care for individuals and families in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have a designated territory of coverage, typically managing 4 to 6 patient visits per day. Each visit lasts between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on patient needs, with travel time included in your scheduling.

Your day will involve performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering skilled nursing care focused on symptom management and emotional support. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to review and adjust care plans while educating patients and families on hospice philosophy and comfort care practices. This position offers the flexibility to travel or stay local, connecting you with leading healthcare organizations nationwide.
