About the Role
As an experienced Travel ER RN, you will be the backbone of emergency care in fast-paced environments, assessing, triaging, and stabilizing patients with precision. This role exists to bridge critical gaps in healthcare delivery, allowing you to adapt quickly to new facilities and workflows while maintaining continuity of care. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring every patient receives the attention they need.
In this position, you will not only perform clinical duties but also serve as an educator for patients and families, explaining complex conditions and discharge instructions with clarity. Your ability to navigate varying hospital policies and evidence-based protocols will be essential as you move between assignments, bringing your expertise to different communities and making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) or compact license
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification
- verifiedCurrent ACLS certification
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years recent ER experience in an acute care hospital
- verifiedExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- verifiedAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification, ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification.
