About the Role
As a Travel ER RN, you will be the backbone of emergency care in fast-paced hospital settings. This contract role is designed for experienced nurses who thrive on adaptability and clinical excellence. You will assess, triage, and stabilize patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Your day-to-day involves operating and monitoring critical ER equipment, including cardiac monitors, IV pumps, and ventilators, while adhering to strict infection control and safety standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families on conditions and discharge instructions, ensuring they feel supported during their most vulnerable moments. As a traveler, you will quickly adapt to new facilities, policies, and workflows, maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records while upholding the highest standards of patient safety.

Requirements
