As an experienced Travel ER RN, you will be the backbone of emergency care in fast-paced environments, assessing, triaging, and stabilizing patients with precision. This role exists to ensure continuity of care across various facilities, requiring you to adapt quickly to new hospital environments, policies, and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Your day-to-day involves operating critical ER equipment, documenting assessments accurately in electronic health records, and educating patients and families on their conditions and treatments.
