As an experienced Travel ER RN, you will be the backbone of emergency care in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new facilities and workflows. This role exists to ensure that diverse patient populations receive immediate, expert assessment, triage, and stabilization. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, operating critical equipment and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital part in educating patients and families, upholding safety standards, and contributing to a culture of accountability and transparency.
