About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Boston, Massachusetts. As a member of our team, you will deliver rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
In this role, you will assess patient conditions, implement urgent care plans, and administer life-saving treatments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, specialists, paramedics, and social workers, to ensure high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care in critical situations. The position requires strong clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication under pressure, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
