About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in treating patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. Working alongside electrophysiologists, you will assist with arrhythmia ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, and medication-based treatments.
Your day will involve performing comprehensive nursing assessments, educating patients and families on procedures, and administering medications including conscious sedation. You will monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics throughout procedures, ensuring safe, effective care from pre-procedure preparation through post-procedure monitoring and recovery.
