- check_circleProvide knowledgeable and consistent nursing care to outpatient and inpatient populations
- check_circleDocument patient care activities accurately and timely within the patient record
- check_circleEvaluate the effectiveness of care provided by self and other healthcare team members
- check_circleMaintain safety focus and adhere to protocols during emergency situations
- check_circleIncorporate hourly rounding into daily practice to enhance patient care
- check_circleFormulate prioritized, goal-directed plans of care based on clinical judgments and patient needs
- check_circleAdvocate for patient rights and needs ethically while maintaining professional accountability
Requirements
