The role involves providing critical care to patients experiencing trauma, injury, or other acute conditions. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be expected to recognize life-threatening problems and provide treatment as necessary independently. Your day will include conducting admissions, triage, and discharges, ensuring seamless patient flow in a high-stakes setting.
