About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our Blood Bank team in Queens, NY. This 13-week travel assignment (with a high possibility of extension) offers a dynamic opportunity to support critical transfusion services. The role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate results while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
In this position, you will perform complex laboratory testing, conduct compatibility testing, blood typing, and crossmatching, and prepare blood products for transfusion. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to support patient care, troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving testing challenges as they arise. The ideal candidate brings prior blood bank experience and a passion for precision in a high-stakes medical setting.
Hiring Process
