About the Role

We have an immediate opening for a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) at our partner facility in Baltimore, MD. This 14-week contract covers the night shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30, starting June 8, 2026.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in adult critical care and emergency departments to manage complex patient needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing suctioning, extubation, and intubation assistance, as well as managing tracheostomies and pulmonary hygiene. You will be responsible for troubleshooting high-pressure alarms, weaning patients from mechanical ventilation, and interpreting arterial blood gases. This position requires a candidate with at least one year of experience who is comfortable handling a wide range of respiratory therapies, including ARDS, bronchoscopy, and the administration of various inhaled medications.
