About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Seattle, Washington. This role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. - check_circleAssist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents
- check_circlePerform sheath removal and hemostasis using manual compression or closure devices
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation of patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs
- check_circleManage inventory by stocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of sterile instruments
- check_circleAdhere to radiation safety protocols using lead aprons, shields, and dosimeters
- check_circleScrub in and assist with sterile field setup while adhering to infection control protocols
- check_circleOperate and maintain fluoroscopy, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
Requirements
- verifiedOne year's recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
- verifiedCurrent BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- verifiedARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
- verifiedCurrent ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- verifiedValid Radiologic Technologist license in compliance within state regulations
- verifiedPALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certifications
- verifiedAbility to read, write, and communicate in the English language
