About the Position

We are seeking a quality Cath Lab Technologist to join one of our top healthcare clients in Dover, NH. In this role, you will provide critical assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) as a key member of the cardiac catheterization team. You will function under the immediate supervision of the cardiologist or radiologist performing the procedure, ensuring a high level of patient care through effective communication with patients, families, and physicians.

Day in the Life

Your primary focus will be delivering direct, safe, and competent patient care within the Interventional Cardiology department. You will assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This involves operating ancillary equipment, anticipating needs, and obtaining catheters, wires, inventory, and medications as ordered. You will also be responsible for preparing and updating patient records accurately while maintaining a safe work environment that incorporates national patient safety initiatives.
