About the Role

We are seeking a Travel RN for a 13-week assignment at a nationally recognized hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. You will join a high-acuity, fast-paced cardiovascular stepdown unit (CVPC) serving a 40-bed surgical population. This unit specializes in post-operative open heart, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients.

In this role, you will manage complex care including epidurals, chest tubes, tube feedings, and IV glucommander protocols. You will administer and monitor cardiac drip infusions such as phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, and nitroglycerin. Working alongside a large, experienced team, you will maintain a 1:5 patient ratio and collaborate with charge RNs and patient care technicians.
