About the Role

This position is vital to our direct-to-consumer operations, ensuring that our extensive line of innovative water dispensers and beverages reach our customers efficiently. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely operating transport vehicles and managing inventory while protecting company assets. The role requires a blend of logistical precision and physical stamina, as you will be responsible for securing product loads, completing comprehensive vehicle inspections, and maintaining the cleanliness of your vehicle. You will work independently to navigate routes, interpret safety rules, and manage freight weight requirements, ensuring compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.

Work Schedule and Location

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, operating on a Monday through Friday schedule with a start time of 4:00 PM. The position includes a shift differential of 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked. Candidates must be available to work holidays and additional hours as business needs dictate.
