Transfer Tractor-Trailer Driver

About the Role

The Tractor Trailer Driver is the backbone of our waste and recycling operations, responsible for safely and efficiently servicing customers on assigned routes. In this position, you will operate a tractor-trailer truck to collect solid waste and recyclables, transporting them to landfills, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), or transfer stations. Your work ensures that our communities remain clean and that our environmental commitments are met through reliable daily service.

This role requires a professional demeanor as you interact with customers and the general public while on route. You will be the face of the company, maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and route quality while adhering to strict safety protocols. The position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, from extreme heat and cold to rain and storms, often navigating through heavy traffic and tight clearance spaces.
