About the Role
The Training Lead serves as the steward of the Software Training team, responsible for managing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing Software Trainers. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and proficiency of the Alpine software suite for both new and existing customers. You will lead the delivery of onboarding, adoption, and ongoing proficiency programs, ensuring that training remains aligned with evolving customer needs and product releases.
Working closely with Support, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will coordinate the training calendar to manage customer onboarding, continuing education, software conversions, and internal training requests. Your focus will be on developing instructor-led learning programs and managing customer webinar programs to strengthen customer proficiency and drive the adoption of Alpine solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on facilitation, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Requirements
