About the Role
The Training Lead serves as the manager for the Software Training team, providing direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Software Trainers. This role is pivotal in leading the delivery of onboarding, adoption, and ongoing proficiency programs across the entire Alpine software suite for both new and existing customers. The position requires close collaboration with Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure training programs remain perfectly aligned with evolving customer needs and product releases.

- check_circleDevelop and maintain instructor-led learning programs to strengthen customer proficiency
- check_circlePlan and manage customer webinar programs including topic selection and facilitation coordination

- check_circleMaintain oversight of training content quality and consistency across programs and LMS materials
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of experience in the truss design industry
- verifiedExperience with Alpine truss design software strongly preferred
- verifiedProven experience delivering software training to customers
- verifiedExperience with Learning Management Systems preferred
- verifiedSpanish language proficiency a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with Alpine truss design software. Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring trainers or technical educators. Experience with Learning Management Systems. Spanish language proficiency.
