JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract (J-Tech II). Our mission is to develop and maintain realistic, integrated test and training environments, preparing the nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
This position serves as a vital link in the training lifecycle, supporting assigned contracts under general supervision. You will be responsible for the test, evaluation, validation, and certification of training devices, ensuring they meet rigorous specifications. Your day-to-day involves reviewing training curriculum and documentation, developing program schedules, and creating training presentations and issue papers.
You will actively participate in the testing, inspection, and installation of training devices, providing technical assessments and reporting results to the customer. The role requires facilitating training programs for selected workforce segments, assessing results, and providing work direction to lower-level training personnel. Additionally, you will assist in data entry, scheduling, and tracking of training, including On the Job Training (OJT), while serving as an active member of the JT4 Training Working Group (TWG). You will coordinate specific training content, implement new requirements, and generate monthly metrics from electronic tracking databases.
Candidates selected for this role must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance. The hiring process includes a review of qualifications, interviews, and verification of U.S. citizenship status, as tasking is in support of a Federal Government Contract. A valid, state-issued driver's license is also required.
JT4, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background. Our culture emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, resource utilization, and the ability to conceptualize and execute with minimal direction. We value collaboration across disciplines and geographic locations to deliver high-quality training solutions for our military partners.
