The Training Administrator serves as the operational backbone of our learning ecosystem, ensuring employees have access to high-quality development opportunities. This role is designed to support the planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. You will be the primary point of contact for learners and facilitators, managing the logistics that bring "Onward University" to life.
In this position, you will partner with leadership and People & Culture to identify training needs and translate subject matter expertise into structured, accessible content. Your day-to-day involves maintaining accurate records, managing the training calendar, and ensuring seamless execution of workshops and courses. Whether supporting virtual sessions or coordinating on-site logistics, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional learning experience that aligns with our company priorities and long-term capability building.
