The Law Firm Trainer serves as a strategic partner to attorneys and staff, driving practical, role-based training that enhances attorney effectiveness and accelerates technology adoption. This position exists to ensure consistent firm processes are understood and executed across the organization, bridging the gap between complex legal workflows and the tools used to manage them.
You will operate within a hybrid delivery model, engaging with the firm through live in-person sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual Microsoft Teams interactions. Your day involves adapting training methods to diverse learning styles and seniority levels, providing just-in-time support, and tracking individual development plans. Success in this role requires a service-oriented approach tailored to the unique culture of a legal environment, where you will work directly with leadership to foster the adoption of firm tools and approved processes.
A critical aspect of this position is the stewardship of sensitive information. You will routinely handle privileged and client-confidential data, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times. The role demands a deep commitment to risk management and compliance, ensuring that all training reinforces best practices regarding security, confidentiality, and the proper handling of client information.
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and their experience delivering training in a legal setting. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can effectively collaborate with IT, Practice Management, and administrative leadership to maintain the accuracy and consistency of firm training materials.
We are an equal opportunity employer and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
