Tradable Indices are algorithmic strategies tracking the performance of rules-based strategies that invest in public, listed financial instruments across one or many asset classes. These strategies are offered to clients via swaps, options, Structured Products, and Funds.
Our Nexus Structuring Team provides an end-to-end scalable solution to our clients to manage their own strategies, leveraging the firm's trading and operational expertise. As a Structuring Middle Office Associate within this team, you will support the Front Office by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of index operations, from initial set-up to ongoing price monitoring and reconciliation.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our index strategies. Your day will involve managing the lifecycle of index set-ups and amendments, ensuring price publications on vendor applications are accurate, and performing rigorous reconciliation checks to maintain system integrity. You will act as the primary point of contact for query management, ensuring all stakeholder inquiries are addressed accurately and timely.
Beyond daily operations, you will play a key role in strengthening our controls and exploring opportunities to automate manual activities. You will collaborate with management and stakeholders to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all checklists and Management Information Systems (MIS) are completed on schedule. This position requires building an in-depth understanding of our operational systems to proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
