Key Responsibilities

- check_circleReview repair orders and documentation to ensure compliance with Toyota warranty policies
- check_circleMonitor, reconcile, and follow up on outstanding warranty receivables and rejected claims
- check_circleMaintain proper documentation and organization of warranty parts and records
- check_circleStay current on Toyota warranty bulletins, policy updates, recalls, and procedural changes
- check_circleIdentify process improvements to maximize warranty efficiency and accuracy
- check_circleEnsure the dealership is paid promptly and correctly for all warranty repairs
- check_circleCollaborate with service, parts, and accounting teams to resolve claim issues
Requirements
