About the Team
DARCARS of Jacksonville is seeking a dedicated Parts Stock Clerk/Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the receipt and management of inventory, ensuring our parts department runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for checking in and stocking all orders upon receipt, ensuring that parts shelves are organized and stocked efficiently using available space. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by notifying the parts manager of any damaged or missing items and managing the special order process from receipt to customer notification.
Your day-to-day activities will involve maintaining accurate files for special orders and backorders, assisting with emergency order pickups and deliveries, and ensuring all shipping requirements and company policies are met. You will also be expected to process paperwork timely, operate office equipment and computer systems, and uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail while working in a team-oriented environment.

Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be available to work Saturdays. The selection process includes a pre-employment background screening.
