About the Role

Climb Higher. TCI is seeking motivated individuals ready to gain hands-on experience installing cable and antenna systems on towers and rooftops throughout New England. Based out of our Canton, MA headquarters or Merrimack, NH field office, you'll work as part of a dedicated crew in a high-demand industry. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in telecom infrastructure.

You'll work outdoors, often at heights, building critical communications systems while developing valuable technical skills. Your work ensures the connectivity that keeps our communities linked, requiring a safety-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
