About the Splash Water Parade
The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We are looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our two multi-city tours.
About the Role
As a Tour Manager, you will serve as the primary leader on-site, overseeing all artistic and technical aspects of the show during its run at each park. You will be the bridge between the production team, park management, and the cast, ensuring the successful execution of every performance. Your day-to-day involves managing rehearsals, coordinating logistics for travel and housing, and troubleshooting any technical or artistic issues in real-time to maintain the show's integrity.
Tour Schedule & Locations
We are launching two distinct tours for 2026:
Blue Tour 2026
- Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA): Late May – Mid June
- Carowinds (Charlotte, NC): Late June – Mid July
- Dorney Park (Allentown, PA): Early August – Late August
- *Note: Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through August 28.
Green Tour 2026
- Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA): Late June – Mid August
- *Note: Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14.
Employment Details
All roles are seasonal positions based on a 6-day work week, with days expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours. Travel and housing are covered completely by the company (hotel rooms based on double occupancy). Meal expenses are not covered, and rates are flat pay with no separate Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee all artistic and technical aspects of the Splash Water Parade Show during its run at each park
- check_circleManage rehearsals, run-throughs, and actual shows to ensure successful performance execution
- check_circleCoordinate with performers, technical crews, and park personnel to maintain a smooth production schedule
- check_circleTroubleshoot and resolve technical, artistic, or logistical issues related to the performance in real-time
- check_circleManage the schedule of arrivals and departures for performers, technicians, and other staff
- check_circleCreate and manage a detailed rehearsal schedule ensuring all personnel are prepared
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact with park management to ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- check_circleOrganize and oversee safety meetings and briefings for all crew members before each performance
- check_circleOversee the breakdown and transport of equipment after each show ensuring all items are accounted for
- check_circlePrepare and maintain documentation related to the tour including travel, performance logs, and schedules
- check_circleAdjust the schedule as needed due to weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances
- check_circleCoordinate travel, transportation, and hotel accommodations for cast and crew members
Requirements
