About the Role
WWPS is seeking highly skilled Tool Install Construction Coordinators (Lead CCs and Area Coordinators) to join our growing team in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona area. This role is designed for self-motivated professionals who are technically skilled, highly organized, and capable of communicating clearly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this position, you will work directly with the on-site Construction Management team to plan, organize, and supervise multiple projects from inception through design, construction, commissioning, and close-out. You will serve as a vital link between internal business partners, customers, and external parties, ensuring that project scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts are developed, tracked, and executed effectively. The role requires maintaining productive relationships with construction managers, trade labor, and local government agencies while encouraging craft productivity improvements.
We are looking for candidates whose work history demonstrates a progressive increase in responsibility. While local candidates to the Phoenix area are highly preferred, per-diem, travel, or relocation packages may be available for the right candidate.

To qualify for the Tool Install Construction Coordinators, Phoenix, AZ - Semiconductor at World Wide Professional Solutions position, applicants should have: 3-5 years Semiconductor Construction Coordinator or Area Coordinator Experience; 5-7+ years Semiconductor Construction Coordinator or Area Coordinator Experience; AA/BS/MS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent Work experience preferred; OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred; Knowledge and experience in LEAN construction practices; and Experience in executing or managing construction in the Semiconductor, Industrial, Chemical, Gas and Oil or other manufacturing markets.
