As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive programs and projects designed to eliminate friction from current processes. This role is critical for leading cross-functional teams to deliver value through internal productivity initiatives. You will guide projects from execution through business adoption, creating detailed project plans and facilitating the TMO project process.
You will operate at a high tempo, responsible for establishing company governance and presenting results to executives on a monthly basis. A key aspect of this position involves developing multi-year business cases, setting BU/region targets, and aligning these with P&L leaders prior to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role is designed to sunset once the digital projects are complete.
