As a Title Specialist I, you will be a vital part of the Vehicle Operations team, ensuring the integrity and flow of vehicle title documentation. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end intake process, scanning all titles into the title vault and verifying their negotiability. Your day-to-day involves generating and fulfilling picklists, sorting and filing title inventory, and performing monthly audits to reconcile any discrepancies. Once verified, you will be responsible for shipping all sold vehicle titles to clients via FedEx or USPS. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and organization to maintain compliance and operational efficiency within the office setting.
