About the Role

As a Part-Time Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our success. This role is designed for those who want to build a career and a life they love while keeping customers safe. You will be on the floor with your teammates, providing exceptional, safe, and timely service without ever needing to sit at a desk.

A typical day begins with a team huddle before you are assigned to your bay. You will work alongside trusted experts to install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels. Your primary focus is getting customers back on the road confidently, ensuring they have an inviting and easy experience. We offer hands-on, on-the-job training so you can learn by doing, regardless of prior automotive enthusiasm.

Hiring Process

We are looking for individuals with a team mindset, whether you are a former athlete, a military team member, or a hands-on leader. If you have the stamina to be on your feet and the strength to lift at least 50 pounds, you are a great fit. While a driver's license and high school diploma are preferred, we provide the training you need to succeed.
