About the Role
Join Discount Tire as a Tire Technician in our Automotive department. You will serve as the frontline expert for our customers, safely mounting, balancing, repairing, and rotating tires on passenger and light truck vehicles. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in delivering friendly, efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
In this position, you will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers to explain basic tire services and ensure a positive experience. Your day-to-day involves inspecting tires, wheels, and valves to identify wear, damage, and safety issues, as well as performing flat repairs following strict industry standards. You will operate specialized equipment such as lifts, jacks, tire changers, and balancers, all while keeping your service bay clean, organized, and secure.
