Discount Tire is seeking a dependable Tire Technician to join our Skilled Labor team within our automotive retail environment. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to deliver fast, friendly service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. You will be the face of our shop, performing essential tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks
- check_circleInspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety issues while performing approved repairs
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, and tire equipment following safety procedures and company standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment
- check_circleCommunicate clearly with customers and teammates about services performed and safety findings
- check_circleAssist with basic vehicle inspections such as tread depth and air pressure checks
- check_circleSupport inventory handling, including unloading, tagging, and stocking tires and wheels
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean driving record
- verifiedASE T7 Truck Tire Service (preferred)
- verifiedTire Industry Association (TIA) Basic Automotive Tire Service Certification (preferred)
