Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger and light trucks
- check_circlePerform basic vehicle inspections including tread depth and tire pressure checks
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, and tire equipment following all safety procedures
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay and work area
- check_circleAssist customers by explaining tire conditions and recommended services
- check_circleFollow work orders and document completed services accurately
- check_circleSupport teammates to meet store productivity and quality standards
- check_circleParticipate in ongoing training to improve technical and customer service skills
Requirements
