In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. You will mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires and wheels on passenger and light trucks
- check_circleInspect tires, wheels, and basic vehicle components for wear, damage, and safety issues
- check_circleOperate tire changers, balancers, lifts, and related shop equipment according to safety standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA guidelines
- check_circleProvide friendly, respectful customer service and explain basic tire and service information
- check_circleFollow all Discount Tire procedures, including torque specs and quality checks
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and movement of tires and wheels
- check_circleCollaborate with team members to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean driving record
