About the Role
As a Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our shop, ensuring every customer leaves with peace of mind. In this on-site role, you will mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger vehicles and light trucks. Your day will involve operating lifts and tools with precision while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Beyond the technical tasks, you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering friendly customer service and explaining basic tire and safety information to help our clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires and wheels on passenger and light trucks
- check_circleInspect tires for wear, damage, and alignment-related issues to recommend appropriate services
- check_circlePerform flat repairs following company and industry safety standards
- check_circleOperate jacks, lifts, torque wrenches, and related shop tools in a safe, efficient manner
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized work area and assist with inventory handling and stocking
- check_circleDeliver friendly, respectful customer service and explain basic tire and safety information
- check_circleFollow all Discount Tire safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
