About the Role
In this on-site role, you will be the backbone of our service bay, delivering safe, efficient, and friendly service to every customer. You will mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger and light trucks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Beyond the technical work, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their tire options and services in a professional manner.
You will operate specialized equipment such as lifts, jacks, tire changers, and balancers, always adhering to strict safety procedures and OSHA compliance. Your day will involve maintaining a clean, organized, and safe service bay while supporting team members to meet shop productivity and customer satisfaction goals. This position offers comprehensive training and opportunities for long-term growth in a stable, customer-focused environment.
