Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires on passenger and light truck vehicles
- check_circleInspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety issues while recommending services
- check_circlePerform flat repairs and TPMS installation following industry safety standards
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, tire changers, and balancers while maintaining a clean shop
- check_circleFollow all safety procedures including proper torqueing, PPE use, and equipment checks
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and shop organization
- check_circleCollaborate with team members to meet store service goals and uphold company values
- check_circleSupport customer service by explaining tire services and safety findings to clients
Requirements
