About the Role

As a Part-Time Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our success. This role exists to keep customers safe while helping you build a career and life you love. You will be on the floor with your teammates, providing exceptional, safe, and timely service that gets customers back on the road confidently. No desk is required; your day is defined by hands-on work and direct customer interaction.

Your day begins with a team huddle before you are assigned to your bay. You will work alongside trusted experts in a clean environment, fueled by a "sports energy" that comes from our partnerships with local and national pro sports teams. We value a team mindset and servant leadership, looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, possess a positive can-do attitude, and have the stamina to hustle with their teammates.
