About the Role

As a Part-Time Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our success. This role is designed for those who want to build a career and a life they love while keeping customers safe. You will be on the floor with your teammates, providing exceptional, safe, and timely service that gets customers back on the road confidently. No desk is required; your work is hands-on and collaborative.

A typical day begins with a team huddle before you are assigned to your bay. You will work alongside trusted experts to install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels. We value a team mindset and servant leadership energy, looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and possess the stamina to work on their feet. While automotive enthusiasm is a plus, we provide hands-on, on-the-job training so you can learn by doing.
