About the Role

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team in Round Lake, IL, on an onsite basis. In this role, you will execute interoperability test cases for medical device systems, focusing on validating data exchange, integration workflows, and conformance to healthcare interoperability standards. This position emphasizes hands-on test execution, defect identification, and accurate reporting within a regulated environment.

You will work closely with the team to confirm data exchange workflows between devices and systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Your day-to-day activities will involve performing testing aligned with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and IHE profiles, as well as validating message structures and end-to-end transaction workflows. You will also be responsible for identifying and documenting defects, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining audit-ready documentation in test management systems.
