In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, providing expertise and education on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement solutions.

Your mission is to identify potential challenges homeowners face with their gutters through quick, street-side inspections. By utilizing a consultative selling approach, you will engage prospective customers, gather essential information, and set the stage for in-person product demonstrations. This role is designed for self-driven individuals who are eager to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve significant earning potential.

The Day-to-Day

As a Leaf Home Entry Level Sales Representative, your day involves covering an assigned territory to engage with homeowners directly. You will walk door-to-door, presenting Leaf Home products professionally and ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional. This role requires working outdoors daily, often in varying weather conditions, and includes extended periods of walking and standing.

You will report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales representatives to foster a supportive team environment. The position offers the independence of working autonomously while providing the structure of paid training, mentorship, and individualized career development programs.

Hiring Process
