In this position, you will cover an assigned territory daily, engaging prospective customers door-to-door. You will learn to perform quick street-side home inspections to identify potential gutter challenges and utilize a consultative selling approach to connect homeowners with the right solutions. Your work directly supports the outside sales team by generating high-quality leads and scheduling in-person product demonstrations.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with a commitment to the field. You will navigate your assigned territory, interacting with homeowners to understand their needs and present Leaf Home's expertise. This is an independent role that requires a professional demeanor and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will report daily results to field management and collaborate with fellow representatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Compensation and Growth

We offer an industry-leading compensation package with unlimited earning potential, targeting earnings between $50,000 and $100,000+. The structure is designed for speed and reward, featuring fast commission payouts for quick installs.
