About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing expertise and education on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement solutions. Your day will involve covering an assigned territory to conduct quick home inspections from the street, identifying homeowner challenges, and engaging prospective customers about how Leaf Home can provide the solution.
You will utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers and gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company accurately, ensuring every potential customer has an exceptional experience. The role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with field management and other sales representatives to develop a strong working relationship.
Compensation and Growth
We offer an industry-best compensation package with unlimited earning potential, targeting earnings between $50,000 to $100,000+. The structure includes fast commission payouts for quick installs, paid training, and a 401k with company match.
