Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop relationships with high schools, dealerships, and industry partners
- check_circleMaintain CRM database for follow-up with potential students
- check_circlePresent to educators to encourage enrollment at UTI
- check_circleMeet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals
- check_circleAdhere to compliance criteria and regulatory procedures
- check_circlePerform in-home interviews with prospective students
- check_circleConduct in-person presentations at high schools to recruit students
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School degree or GED required
- verified3-5 years outside sales experience
- verifiedPublic speaking preferred
- verifiedIndustry knowledge preferred
- verifiedBachelor's degree a plus
- verifiedClear background check including MVR
- verifiedStrong verbal and written communication
- verifiedStrong presentation and sales skills
- verifiedGood understanding of Microsoft Office
- verifiedAbility to analyze and report data
- verifiedLive and travel throughout Missouri
