Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect, diagnose, and repair animatronic displays to meet company standards
- check_circlePerform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- check_circleTravel to store locations for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs
- check_circleProvide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to store teams
- check_circleConduct in-store repairs on guest animatronic returns and coordinate parts
- check_circleMaintain accurate service logs, repair documentation, and inventory records
- check_circleAssess and improve visual merchandising presentations across store locations
- check_circleCollaborate with management and store teams to address operational goals
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED required
- verified1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween preferred
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel)
- verifiedMechanical/engineering experience
- verifiedAbility to travel extensively

4-year college degree; 1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween
