Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Purchasing Coordinator supports all activities of the Engineering Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of products to each outlet, maintaining efficient inventories, and protecting the company's assets through established procedures and controls.
You will have an active role in ordering products, managing inventory, and handling data entry. The position requires a commitment to receiving, storing, and issuing products in a clean and organized environment. You will work closely with department heads and managers to provide status updates on goods and assist in resolving discrepancies, ensuring that all documentation for goods received, issued, and transferred is accurate and complete. The goal is to promote the company's Signature Service standards, ensuring a lasting impression of exemplary service for our members and guests.
