As a Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Technician, you will be a vital part of our imaging team, operating dual beam focused ion beam (FIB) tools to prepare high-quality samples for advanced TEM analysis. Your work ensures that samples are free of damage or artifacts, directly supporting the team's throughput and turnaround time goals.
This role is more than just operation; it is about collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the imaging team to refine sample quality, learn new techniques to expand our capabilities, and assist in developing methods to optimize in-lab operations. Success in this position requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and a commitment to maintaining and troubleshooting tools to ensure consistent output.
