About the Role
As a Telemetry RN, you will be the frontline guardian of cardiac health in an acute environment. This role exists to ensure patients receive continuous, evidence-based monitoring and rapid response to changing conditions. You will serve as a vital link between complex patient needs and the interdisciplinary team, managing everything from intricate cardiac rhythms to discharge planning.
In this position, you will not only interpret telemetry data and administer critical interventions but also educate patients and families on their cardiac conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians to develop care plans and support newer staff members, contributing to a positive and cohesive team culture. Your work directly influences patient outcomes and safety standards across our network.

Requirements
