About the Role

The Production Technician (P) Trainee role offers a diverse range of responsibilities for team members looking to immerse themselves in all areas of the plant, processing, and packaging. Operating each work week under a rotating schedule allows each team member to contribute to several aspects benefiting our CBN goals on a weekly basis.

This safety-focused, team-oriented, and target-driven position provides a solid career path for future leaders of Lamb Weston. You will actively participate in safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs, conduct quality checks, and operate cohesively with additional team members to manage production and packaging areas. The role involves daily sanitation, equipment operation, and adherence to strict plant rules and safety policies.
