About the Role

This position is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of vehicle care for our BMW owners. You will serve as a certified technician responsible for identifying necessary repairs, performing maintenance, and executing service work that meets strict manufacturer guidelines. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and delivering the enthusiastic service experience our customers expect.

In this role, you will utilize advanced technologies and your deep knowledge of automotive systems to diagnose issues and perform efficient repairs. You will work collaboratively with service advisors and the service manager, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the service process. Your work environment is a dynamic service area where you will interact with customers, manage parts requests, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
